1. Ownership
All ABC Testimony materials — including the website, the templates, the training guides, the facilitator guides, the slide presentations, the journal templates, and any other documents made available through this site (collectively, "the Materials") — are the original creative work of Nick Ledoux, dba Discipling the One, based in Opelika, Alabama (the "Owner").

2. License Grant
The Owner grants to churches, ministries, small groups, schools, and individual believers ("You") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, revocable license to use the Materials for non-commercial ministry, formation, and educational purposes, subject to the terms below.
3. Permitted Uses
You may, without seeking additional permission:
- Download, print, and reproduce the Materials in quantities reasonably needed for use within your own church, small group, ministry, school, or family
- Lead training sessions, classes, or small group studies using the Materials as written
- Quote from or reference the Materials in sermons, teaching, articles, or other ministry communications, with attribution preserved
- Translate the Materials into other languages for use within your own church or ministry, provided that the original attribution and copyright notice are preserved on all translated copies
- Share the Materials with members of your own congregation, group, or ministry community
- Link to abctestimony.com from your church or ministry website to direct your members to the Materials
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not, without the prior written permission of the Owner:
- Sell, lease, license, or charge any fee for access to the Materials, in whole or in part
- Modify, alter, adapt, or create derivative works from the Materials, except for translation as permitted in Section 3
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, attribution, branding, or other proprietary markings on the Materials
- Reproduce, post, or republish the Materials in any form on any website, platform, social media account, blog, podcast, video channel, app, or other online service. Churches and ministries may link to abctestimony.com so their members can access the Materials directly from the source, but may not host or display the Materials themselves
- Distribute reproduced copies of the Materials to other churches, ministries, organizations, conferences, or events outside your own community. If you wish to share the Materials with another church or ministry, please direct them to abctestimony.com so they can download their own copies under these Terms
- Include the Materials in any paid product, paid curriculum, paid course, paid subscription service, or other commercial offering
- Use the Materials, the names "ABC Testimony" or "Discipling the One," or any associated branding in a manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the Owner without prior written permission
- Use the Materials for any unlawful purpose or in any way that misrepresents their content or origin

When using the Materials publicly — including in printed handouts, slide presentations, translations, or any other reproduction — you must preserve the original attribution and copyright notice. Standard attribution is:
6. Revocation
The Owner reserves the right to revoke this license, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. If your license is revoked, you must promptly cease use of the Materials and destroy or delete any copies in your possession or control. Materials already incorporated into past sermons, recorded teachings, or printed handouts in good faith may remain in those existing forms.
7. Right to Modify License Terms
The Owner expressly reserves the right, at any time and at the Owner's sole discretion, to modify the license terms governing future access to and use of the Materials, including but not limited to introducing licensing fees, subscription requirements, tiered access models, paid versions, premium materials, or commercial licensing structures. Such changes will apply prospectively to new downloads and new uses of the Materials. Materials lawfully downloaded under these Terms in their current form may continue to be used in accordance with these Terms as they existed at the time of download, subject to the Revocation provisions in Section 6.
8. Version Authority
The version of the Materials available at abctestimony.com is the authoritative version. The Owner may update, revise, or replace the Materials at any time. You should refer to abctestimony.com to ensure you are using the current authoritative version. The Owner is not responsible for outdated, modified, or third-party copies of the Materials, and reliance on any such copy is at your own risk.
9. No Warranty
The Materials are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Owner does not warrant that the Materials are free from errors, suitable for any particular purpose, or that their use will produce any specific spiritual, pastoral, or organizational outcome.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Materials, even if the Owner has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Future Transfer
The Owner anticipates forming Discipling the One LLC (or a similarly named entity) as a holding entity for ownership of the Materials and related intellectual property, and may subsequently license the Materials to a nonprofit ministry entity for operational ministry use. By using the Materials, You acknowledge and agree that the Owner's rights under these Terms — including ownership of the Materials, the right to enforce these Terms, the right to grant or revoke licenses, and any related copyright or trademark rights — may be assigned, transferred, sublicensed, or otherwise conveyed to such entities or successor organizations at any time, without further notice to You. All rights and obligations under these Terms will continue uninterrupted following any such transfer or assignment, and the receiving entity will succeed to all of the Owner's rights and authorities described herein.
12. Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by the Owner. No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Alabama, and You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
The Owner may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Materials after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
